Case Study #1:
Elster Electricity, LLC
Situation: Contracted by Elster Electricity, LLC to position, brand and promote the global launch of its EnergyAxis mesh AMI System, Marcom Consulting/Built Creative developed and implemented a multi-tiered, marketing communications plan to secure contracts for pilots and full deployments of the system. Elements of the plan included research, brand identity and collateral development, domestic and international trade advertising, online banners, trade booth graphics, pre-and-post show promotions, press releases, feature articles and sales presentation materials.
Results: As a result of the closely orchestrated, on-going efforts of Elster’s sales and marketing teams, and Marcom Consulting/Built Creative, Elster Electricity has successfully secured more than 50 U.S., Canadian, and international contracts for the deployment of its EnergyAxis System. The success of this global campaign led to the selection of Marcom Consulting/Built Creative as the primary marketing communications resource for three additional Elster Group business
units i.e. Elster Integrated Solutions, Elster AMCO Automation, and Elster AMCO Water, Inc.
Case Study #2:
Highland Construction Inc.
Situation: Highland Construction, a custom single- and multi-family builder in Cary, North Carolina, selected Marcom Consulting/Built Creative to position, brand and market its Meadowood Crossings townhome community. The development is an upscale property surrounded by several lower-priced developments. Marcom Consulting/Built Creative designed and implemented a multi-tiered communications plan to promote Meadowood’s unique “luxury country lifestyle” to realtors and young professionals within a ten-mile radius.
Results: Built around the campaign theme, “ where luxury and country living cross paths”, the Marcom Consulting/Built Creative plan included pre-campaign research, photography, promotional literature, realtor incentive program, consumer direct mail and Meadowood Crossings website. Working in close collaboration with Highland’s realtor team, Marcom Consulting/Built Creative’s twelve-month campaign enabled the client to close sales on all 175 townhome units.
